   Money is held

   We keep it safe while the seller ships.

   Seller ships

   The seller adds a real tracking number.

   Courier delivers

   Delivery is confirmed by the courier.

   Seller gets 80%

   Paid as soon as delivery is confirmed.
6. 6

   5-day inspection

   Buyer checks the goods and can raise a dispute with photos.
7. 7

   Seller gets the last 20%

   Paid after 5 days if there is no dispute.

If there is a dispute

The last 20% stays held. We review the evidence and decide whether it goes to the seller or back to the buyer.
