Draft: pending legal review
Returns and Disputes Policy
Last updated 8 October 2026
If something is wrong with your order, here is what happens, step by step.
The steps
- Check your goods. After the courier confirms delivery, you have 5 days to inspect the order.
- Report a problem. If items are defective, wrong, or not as described, open your Orders page and raise a dispute within those 5 days. Add clear photos of the problem.
- Money is paused. The seller's remaining 20% stays held while we look into it.
- We review. We look at your photos, the listing and anything the seller sends us.
- We decide. We either release the money to the seller, or arrange a return and refund. This decision is the first step before any legal action.
- Returns. If the seller made the error, the seller covers the return cost.
If everything is fine
Press "Accept goods" on your Orders page, or simply do nothing. After 5 days the remaining payment goes to the seller.
Not covered
- Problems reported after the 5-day window.
- Reports without photos.
- Damage caused after delivery.
Fake evidence leads to forfeited funds and a permanent ban. See the Terms of Use.
