Seller Agreement

This agreement is between each seller and Bengal Fashions, a Bengal Bay corporation company. It adds to the Terms of Use.

1. Original designs only

• You may list only original designs that you made, or that you are authorised to sell.
• Replicas are not allowed. Listings described as "master copy", "first copy" or similar are not allowed.

2. Responsibility for goods

You are responsible for the goods until the courier delivers them to the buyer, including loss or damage in transit.

3. Returns caused by your errors

You cover the cost of returns caused by your own errors, such as defects, wrong items, wrong sizes or items not as described.

4. Payouts

You receive 80% of your payout when the courier confirms delivery, and the remaining 20% after the 5-day inspection window unless the buyer raises a dispute.

5. Violations

• Three confirmed violations of this agreement lead to a ban.
• Payouts for affected orders may be held while a violation is investigated.
• Fake tracking numbers or documents lead to forfeited funds and a permanent ban.
