Terms of Use

These Terms of Use apply to everyone who buys or sells on Bengal Fashions. Bengal Fashions is operated by Bengal Fashions, a Bengal Bay corporation company ("we", "us", "the platform"). By creating an account you agree to these terms.

1. Accounts

You must give accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for everything done through your account.

2. How payments work

• When a buyer pays, the money is held by the platform. It is not sent to the seller straight away.
• Payments are held until the courier confirms delivery.
• On delivery, the seller receives 80% of their payout.
• The remaining 20% is paid after a 5-day inspection window, unless the buyer raises a dispute in that time.

3. Problems with an order

Defects, wrong items and items "not as described" must be reported within the 5-day inspection window, with photos. Reports made after the window closes may not be accepted. Full steps are in the Returns and Disputes Policy.

4. Disputes

If a buyer and seller disagree, the platform reviews the evidence and makes a decision. Both parties agree that the platform's decision is the first step before any legal action.

5. Fraud

Submitting fake tracking numbers, fake documents or false evidence leads to forfeited funds and a permanent ban from the platform.

6. Sellers

Sellers must also accept the Seller Agreement.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We will show the new date at the top of this page.
