Payment is made through this site, never directly to a seller. Checkout shows your exact total and payment currency before you pay, with free shipping included.

Payment held until delivery

Bengal Fashions holds your payment until courier delivery is confirmed. The seller receives the first payment after delivery; the remainder stays held during the five-day inspection window unless you accept earlier or raise a dispute.

Raise disputes through your order with photos before the inspection window ends. A disputed balance remains held while the issue is reviewed.

Your payment record

Your Orders page shows the amount and currency actually charged, shipment tracking and order milestones. If the checkout exchange rate expires before payment, you are shown a refreshed amount before proceeding.

Use the payment form on this site. We do not publish bank account details or ask buyers to transfer money outside checkout.
