Draft: pending legal review
Photo guidelines for sellers
Last updated 8 October 2026 · Version 1.3-draft (10 October 2026)
Buyers order in bulk from your photos, so they must show the exact product honestly.
What we need
- At least 3 photos per design: front, back, and a close-up or model photo.
- JPG or PNG, at least 1000 pixels on the long side.
Good, honest photos
- Use natural light.
- Use a plain background.
- Show the true colour — no filters that change it.
- Show the whole garment.
- Add a close-up of the work or fabric.
- Include a size reference, such as a model or a measuring tape.
- Model photos are welcome.
Not allowed
- Stock photos.
- AI-generated or AI-edited images.
- Photos copied from other websites or other sellers.
- Another brand's logo or watermark.
Branded and unbranded listings
- Branded: catalogue or model photos may show the brand name, but only for the brand you chose and are authorised to sell, with proof approved by our team.
- Unbranded: photos must not show any other brand's name, logo, label or packaging.
- Never describe a product in photos or text as a "copy", "replica", "first copy", "master copy", "clone", "AAA" or "inspired by" another brand.
Every photo is checked by our team before a listing goes live. The same photo cannot be used by two different sellers. Copied or misleading photos are removed and count as a violation under the Seller Agreement.
We only resize and compress photos for faster loading. We never change them in any other way.
